Nick Hancock is a dedicated insolvency and corporate recovery partner, and is head of that department in Manchester. He joined the firm in 1992 and became a partner in 1994.
His particular area of expertise is corporate recovery and bank investigations.
He is used to handling a large variety of situations, in particular property investment and construction related businesses.
He has headed several high value appointments for lending institutions. He provides pre insolvency advice to Banks, Building Societies, companies and directors. He also takes several Fixed Charge Receivership Appointments on behalf of Banks, Building Societies and other property lending institutions.
