Brian commenced his accountancy career in 1980 with a top 5 firm based in Bacup.
In 1987 he joined the Bolton office of a north west based practice where he remained for 9 years before becoming Finance Director of a north west construction company.
In 1998 Brian returned to practice rejoining his previous firm as a partner before joining UHY Hacker Young in January 2002.
Brian is directly responsible for development of the Manchester practice and because of his experience has a very hands on approach to client service.
In his spare time Brian is an avid Burnley fan and also a keen golfer.
